Website terms
A clear guide to the information, imagery and project inquiries on this website.
About the studio
Liquid Luxury Design is Omar Guzman’s independent pool and outdoor-living design and consulting studio serving South Florida. This website introduces the studio, its services and selected design work.
Engineering, permitting and construction are separate services, with their own professional teams and agreements. Omar’s role at Spado Pool Construction is separate from an engagement with Liquid Luxury Design.
Starting a project
Sending an inquiry begins a conversation. It does not book a service, authorize work or commit you to a package. Each engagement begins with an agreed written scope, timeline and fee. Your project agreement sets out the deliverables, revision rounds, payment arrangements and other terms for that engagement.
Starting prices and package descriptions on this website provide context for that conversation. The property, available information and requested services determine the final proposal. Website content does not replace a written project agreement.
Understanding the images and information
Portfolio images are identified as concept renderings, design studies or AI-assisted concept illustrations. They are not photographs of completed construction. Materials, site conditions and final details need to be reviewed for the specific property.
Articles and concept views explain design considerations. They are not permit documents, engineering calculations, site-specific code determinations or instructions to build. Decisions about structural design, drainage, safety and compliance belong with the appropriate project professionals.
Portfolio use and credits
You are welcome to link to a public page when discussing an idea or sharing the studio’s work. Contact the studio before copying, republishing, altering or using drawings, renderings, logos or text in your own marketing or construction documents. Sharing a page does not transfer rights to the work it contains.
The portfolio includes earlier work through other companies. Project credits identify those relationships and must remain with the work. Portfolio project names are used for presentation and do not identify customer addresses.
Inquiries, privacy and other services
Share only project information you are authorized to provide, and avoid sensitive personal information in the inquiry form. Our privacy notice explains inquiry processing, website delivery and optional analytics.
Links to third-party services lead to websites with their own terms and privacy practices. Contact us if you notice an inaccurate statement or a link that no longer works.
